Procurement Service Specialist - Internship

Procurement Service Specialist - Internship

Responsibilities:

• Implement Price Update in ERP system.
• Preparation of RFQ Packages and support RFQ.
• Procurement master data maintenance, such as supplier set up, supplier information updates.  
• Support annual negotiation document preparation.
• Assist procurement function in managing vendors to ensure service reliability and quality reports and analysis of metrics of supplier performance. 
• Partner with internal customers to positively influence spending decisions.
• Help coordinate and establish required legal documentation and contracts

Requirements:

• Supply Chain Management or related major
• Digital skills are a plus
• Good communication, team spirit and learning agility

• 25年8月份之后海外院校毕业的在校生，在毕业之前可持续实习6个月
