Job Responsibilities

  1. Adjust the delivery strategy of each e-commerce traffic channel through data analysis and provide analysis results and reports
  2. Manage and make daily adjustments and optimizations based on the data performance of Google search, shopping and display advertising, track and evaluate the data, and give diagnostic suggestions;
  3. Be familiar with various e-commerce traffic channels, formulate traffic operation goals and strategies according to market characteristics, and allocate resources;
  4. For different traffic channels, achieve effective layout of traffic entrances, and effectively decompose and distribute them, improve the conversion rate of traffic channels, reduce traffic diversion costs, and improve ROI;
  5. Review the actual effects of media delivery in each channel in real time, organize and collect delivery materials, and track the results of material acceptance.

Job requirements

  1. Strong communication and teamwork skills, and good at coordinating all parties to achieve common business goals;
  2. Goal-oriented work attitude, meticulous and pragmatic, and able to gain in-depth insight into the traffic characteristics and strategies of each market;
  3. Sensitive to data, strong in logical thinking and data analysis, able to understand fluctuations in various promotion data indicators and make correct adjustments accordingly;
  4. Bachelor degree or above, proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
  5. Applicants interested in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing will be given priority
  6. Fluent in English and German;

You will get

  1. Hands-on training and practical experience in Google advertising, mastering ranking rules, keyword selection, bidding and promotion optimization skills;
