We are looking for a marketing manager to drive our marketing strategy and initiatives across all five of our offices in Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate is a marketing professional has experience in online and offline marketing for a professional service provider (or applicable), is an excellent project manager who can juggle multiple parallel campaigns, and is a proactive communicator with both internal and external stakeholders.

  •  Strategy and planning: creating, executing, and monitoring the performance of Fiducia’s marketing plan and budget, devising new tactics to support our business development objectives.
  • Content marketing: managing the creation and distribution of Fiducia’s business publications (ca. 10 articles + four in-depth publications per year) and driving content collaboration with partners. Additionally, you will regularly develop content for PowerPoint presentations and flyers.
  • Communications: you will work closely with chambers, organisations, PR agencies, and media to grow our brand. Additionally, you will run email marketing campaigns, manage sponsoring and advertising, and come up with creative ways to reward existing clients.
  • Event organisation: from partner seminars to our flagship Leaders’ Circle Roundtables, we hold/participate in multiple online and offline events every year. You will be in charge of the entire organisational process of all events, liaising with partners in APAC and overseas to ensure success.
  • Digital marketing: driving our digital presence upgrading by improving analytics,  maintaining/optimising our website and social media, and sending out email campaigns to our growing list of a few thousand subscribers.
  • Employer branding and internal communications: working closely with HR and leadership on internal newsletters, event communications, and employer branding by providing strategic advice and implementation support. „Team responsibility: supervising our marketing team to ensure campaign success across all five APAC offices; liaising with internal stakeholders to source knowledge for, and coordinate, events and publications.
  • Vendor and agency management: sourcing and managing third parties (including digital marketing specialists, content writers, and event vendors) to make sure all campaigns are executed on-brand, on-budget, and on-time.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant marketing experience
  • Degree from a leading university
  • Excellent spoken and written English capabilities, good knowledge of German and/or basic Mandarin is advantageous
  • Proven digital skills on Wordpress, Google Analytics and search console, Linkedin, Wechat, Zoom, Salesforce, and EDM software
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
  • Proven content marketing and editing experience 
  • Proven project management skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Proactive personality with ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with strong communication skills
