Management Trainee 2025 (R&D)

The plan is to help the new generation of employees to become technical talents who can participate in new product technology development projects in China through multi-departmental rotations for about two years, customised training and diversified work projects to grow their talents.

Fresh Master's degree graduates in 2024 and 2025, majoring in Mechanical design, manufacturing, and automation；Materials Science and Engineering；Material Forming and Control；Measurement and Control Technology and Instruments；Industrial design；Vehicle Engineering

1. Familiar with 3D drawing software such as UG, Creo, SolidWorks, Pro/E, Catia, etc

2. Proficient in drawing 2D&3D graphics

3. Familiar with basic knowledge such as engineering drawing, interchangeability and technical measurement, mechanical design, and engineering materials

4. Familiar with knowledge related to stamping molds and injection molds

5. Ability in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
