Management Trainee 2025 (Production orientation)

The plan is to help the new generation of employees to become excellent production and operation managers through about two years of multi-departmental rotations, growth of talents through customised training and diversified work projects, and penetration into the front line of production and operation.

 1. Fresh Master's degree graduates in 2024 and 2025, majoring in Mechanical, Electrical Automation and other related disciplines;

2. Excellent academic performance and excellent English;

3. Strong hands-on ability and logical analysis ability;

4. Good communication skills, organisational and coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
