Management Trainee 2025 (P&M)

The plan is to help the new generation of employees to become excellent product managers through about two years of multi-departmental rotations, through customised training and diversified work projects to grow their talents, and to help them to acquire professional competencies in product full life cycle management, market research and customer demand analysis, market trend and business opportunity analysis, industry application development, business model and marketing, and so on.

1. Fresh master's degree graduates in 2024 and 2025, majoring in electrical automation, business administration and other related fields;

2. Excellent academic performance and excellent English;

3. Strong hands-on ability and logical analysis ability;

4. Good communication skills, organisational and coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
