Management Trainee 2025 (Functional orientation)

The plan is to help the new generation of employees understand and familiarise themselves with the operational processes and management knowledge of back-office support departments such as human resources, finance, procurement, supply chain, etc. through multi-departmental rotations for about two years, and to grow their talents through customised training and diversified work projects, so as to become excellent echelon talents.

1. Fresh Master's degree graduates in 2024 and 2025, with any specialisation;

2. Excellent academic performance and excellent English;

3. Strong hands-on ability and logical analysis ability;

4. Good communication skills, organisational skills and teamwork spirit.
