Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to general manager by maintaining calendars, answering phones, arranging travel, and scheduling meetings
  • 为总经理提供日程安排、接听电话、商务差旅和会议等行政支持
  • Prepare documents for external or internal communications
  • 起草用于内外部沟通的文件
  • Analyze data and create reports to deliver to general manager

  • Act as the liaison between general manager and department Managers
  • 协助总经理和部门经理间沟通
  • Check and follow company policy to do final stamping
  • 根据公司政策完成盖章工作
  • Facilitate or support company-wide events or communications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or above
  • 本科或以上学历
  • Very good written/oral skills in English, German skills preferred
  • 精通英语写作/口语,掌握德语优先
  • 2+ years experience in working in multi-national corporations or studying/working abroad
  • 2年以上在跨国公司工作或在国外学习/工作的经验
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • 出色的组织能力
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • 精通MS Office(尤其是MS Excel)
  • Good ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and statistics
