Internship - Department Assistant

Responsibilities: 

• Track project progress, collect project data, and organize project documentation. 
• Collect, organize, and archive technical documents, ensuring the security of the document library. 
• Coordinate communication between the Energy Storage Business Unit and other departments. 
• Assist in client visits, participate in business and product meetings, and prepare meeting materials. 
• Conduct key data analysis for the department, update weekly reports and meetings promptly, and follow up on tasks. 

Qualifications: 

• Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and reliability. 
• Detail-oriented and patient. 
• Proficient in using Office software. 
• Proficiency in German and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred. 
• Project management experience is preferred.
