Job Purpose

Work in Human Resources and Administration functions of regional including but not limited to France and Germany, in order to support and facilitate the operations and development of business.

Job Functions:

  • Manage all aspects of HR functions to ensure the overall implementation and effectiveness of HR programs in alignment 
  • Serve as HR interface with the HR manager and the Germany employees with regard to daily HR operations and issues such as recruiting, HR filing and records, communicating and disseminating HR information and employee relations.
  • Design and implement HR policies & procedures in compliance with local requirements and company’s overseas business and HR strategies.
  • Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports, HR records regularly.
  • Maintain compliance with local employment, benefits, laws and regulations.
  • Organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:
    •  Undergraduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related disciplines
    • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated, proactive, detailed-oriented and willing to learn
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
    • Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
    • Candidate with good job performance would be considered permanent employment after graduation
