JOB TITEL:Intern Customer Consulting & Operations Support

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Effective management of customer relationships and daily communications

Client onboarding support

Troubleshooting (Technical and operational problems)

KYC documentation review

Settlement process control

Strengthencustomerrelationshipand satisfaction

Liasonwithinternal staff and external service providers


ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Experience in customer relationship management

Systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem solving

A team player, able to work across organisational boundaries, with excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise effectively

EDUCATION

Bachelor degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting/Business

PERSONAL SKILLS & QUALITIES

A positive, proactive and resilient attitude

Good knowledge of Chinese and German language is essential
