工作职责：

• 熟练运用精益管理工具，如价值流图、5S 等；
• 分析生产流程，识别并消除浪费，提高生产效率和质量；
• 配合营销开展客户精益改善项目，制定项目计划并确保其有效执行；
• 收集和分析相关数据，以支持精益改善决策；
• 做好客户需求搜集、促进公司产品方案改进。

 
任职资格：

• 本科以上学历，IE工程、服装工艺类等相关专业；
• 英语水平CET4及以上，口语能进行日常沟通；
• 具备良好的沟通能力、服务意识、团队合作能力及较高的责任意识；
• 适应长期出差。
