Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for Self-Service ( website /mobile APP ) including service function planning, FAQ content Optimization, and daily operation.
  2. Timely collect and analysis the feedback of consumers , which are used for improvement as consumer perception and overall satisfaction.
  3. Responsible for service KEY words SEO optimization.

Basic Qualification Requirement

  1. Bachelor's degree or above
  2. Media or website are preferred.
  3. Clear logic

Language capability

  1. Germany native speaking and writing
  2. Fluent communication in English

Professional Skill Requirements

  1. Have good communication and promotion capabilities, data analysis and summarization capabilities, and self-learning capabilities.
  2. Master the operation and management methods and concepts of Self-service platform.
  3. Understand the Internet service model and operation process of consumer electronics products is preferred.
  4. Have experience and ideas on the application of new Internet technologies and tool systems.
  5. Results-orientation

Work Experience

  1. More than 2 year experience in Internet platform/new media operation and management.
  2. More than 1 year experience in website/mobile App management is preferred.

Personal Quality Requirements:

  • Good service awareness, communication and expression skills, and teamwork spirit, have a certain degree of pressure resistance, self-learning ability.
