Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the formulation and optimization of personnel policies, systems, processes, and norms in Germany, such as dispatch policy, immigration compliance policy, inward push policy, etc. and the unification of personnel templates and processes in overseas jurisdictions
  • Talent recruitment: communicate with hiring departments and analyze their recruitment needs, plan and formulate recruitment programs, and organize recruitment; maintain existing overseas recruitment channels and expand new channels in overseas areas; regularly conduct talent mapping, master the layout of talent, and make personnel reserves
  • Talent development: annual talent inventory, ensure the team building of business units and the construction of talent ladders
  • Employee relations: daily communication of employees, handling entry and exit procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with Germany local human resources work experience
  • Fluent German listening, speaking, reading and writing skills is must
  • Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills is preferred
  • Understand human resources process system; possess theoretical background in recruitment / performance management / employee relations / organizational development
  • Good at independent thinking, curious about new things, innovative thinking and action on organizational development
