HMI Experience Manager

• Innovation analysis, (competitive analysis, user research, industry trends, and innovative technology research).
• Release innovative solutions, (conceptual idea, feature requirement, architecture, design principles, user benefits).
• Collaborating with associated departments, (scheme review, feasibility assessment of hardware and software, project 
• feasibility assessment, resource coordination).
• Based on user perspective insights into experiential needs, design HMI with user experience as the goal.
• Comprehensive planning of HMI experience, participation in defining overall business architecture, design principles for interaction, visual, motion, and sound.
• Establish HMI design principles and standards and deliver them to the execution department. 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Design or related majors.
• Excellent language skills in English mandatory. 
• Experiences to create innovation Designs. 
• Working experience in user research background.
• Knowledge of HMI development and HMI concept design, and user Journey.
• Knowledge of Confluence and Jira prefered.
• 5 years or above, working experience as a UI or UX Designer prefered.
• Good team player and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to set up, manage and use Skype/Teams, Sharepoint, Confluence, Adobe, XD, Frontify, Firgma, Sketch, Jira,
