HMI Concept Designer

• Deliver new, compelling design solutions and product innovations for automotive in-vehicle UX design.
• Create fresh, innovative ideas with a stretch and forward thinking.
• Develop conceptual ideas for complex in-vehicle concepts and production programs. 
• Work with researcher and other team members, translate user insight into compelling design solution. 
• Create and analyze design language in order to produce design prototypes and design systems. 
• Gather requirements from the customer and from functional side and create a UX specification out of it.
• Determine usage scenarios, optimize workflows, information architecture and data flows. 

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Media Technology, Web/Media design, automotive engineering etc. 
• Well experienced in UX and HMI design & development on concepts and production projects as well as experiences in vehicle cockpit HMI concept design including UE and UI concept.
• Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology and strong 2D & 3D digital capabilities.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Illustrator(AI), Photoshop(PS), Figma, After Effects, etc.
• Fluent English language skills is a must.
• Familiar with VW standards for state chart guideline is a plus.
• Soft Skills & Attitude: high flexibility and able to work under pressure, good coordination and team working capabilities in an international environment.
