Main Responsibilities:

  • GTM asset requirement planning, application, tracking, inventory capture and handle sample write-off and disposal.

  • Provide GTM asset coordination on logistic support.

  • Update device sample Management Database and produce sample inventory report in timely basis.

  • Provide asset physical management

  • Provide end-to-end delivery of device management services

  • Tracking and manage the sample usage performance.

     

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent co-ordination skill that can demonstrate an ability to coordinate issues within a team business network environment

  • Previous experience in dealing directly with clients is desirable as is a proven ability to resolve problems

  • Good problem solving and analytical skills

  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written

  • Good Word/Excel/Power point skill

  • Ability to perform multi-tasking with efficiency

 

 

Experience

  • Ability to retrieve and analyze data for expenditures, revenues, accounts receivables and accounts payables;

  • Ability to reconcile and balance financial transactions and accounts.

  • Ability for interpersonal skills  

  • Ability to work and solve problems independently

 

Language

  • German fluent in spoken and written

  • English fluent in spoken and written

  • Chinese fluent is preferred
