Main Responsibilities:

Buchung aller laufender Geschäftsvorfälle (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Reisekosten und Banken)Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs

Monatliche Kontrolle des Fakturierungsprozesses und hierbei Schnittstelle zur lokalen Supply ChainAbteilung sowie der Finanzabteilung in China

Unterstützung bei Anfragen innerhalb der Wirtschaftsprüfung unserer HGB und IFRS AbschlüsseVerwaltung von Lieferantenverträgen
Ansprechpartner(in) für unsere Unternehmenszentrale in China zu Buchhaltungsfragen


Qualifications：
Kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finance

Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office insbesondere Excel

Erfahrung mit DATEV von Vorteil

Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft sowie selbständige, qualitäts- und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
