我们的客户是江苏省一个专精金属加工的家族企业，年营业额三亿人民币，并在继续稳定成长。目前在德国并购了德国企业，已完成了4个月的并购整合工作（Post Merger Integration），已整合了德国子公司和中国母公司的业务，生产及物流，并已遣散了德国多余的员工。派来德国负责整合的团队将在年底回国。以后只需要一位同时精通德国及中国会计准则的财务长或资深会计，负责监督德国的财务，并每月向国内的母公司，按照中国会计准则做报告，并继续支持德国这边由我公司（APMC）负责的持续降低成本，提高利润的工作。

Key tasks:

• Leading the Finance/Accounting in the subsidiary in Solingen, responsible for the Finance, Tax, Compliance/Legal

• Report weekly to the responsible Consultant in Duesseldorf (Dr. Lin, President of APMC) and monthly to the Owner in China via E-Mails and Web Meetings

• Monthly Financial Reporting in Germany (HGB) AND in China (China GAAP)

• Responsible for yearly Budget planning and monthly Cost analysis

• Annual financial statements in cooperation with auditors.

• Actively support the Consultant (APMC) in the Continuously Improvement Project.

 
Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields.

• Accountant´s Certificationsor work experience as Accountants in China AND in Germany preferred.

• Fluent in Chinese at mother tongue level, fluent in German (oral and reading/writing).

• At least 5 years´ experience as Accountant, preferably in manufacturing companies (factories)

• Familiar with DATEV System and Accounting Software in China (e.g. Kingdee). Familiar with EXCEL.

• International mind-set and experience with German work culture; team player; hands-on mentality; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Integrity and loyalty to the company, interested in a long-term employment.
