Among them, the core product, mass transit vehicle door system, has maintained a large share in domestic market for more than 10 years, and the products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions, including Australia (Perth project, Melbourne project), France, Canada, Turkey, Singapore, Argentina, USA, Saudi Arabia and Brazil. It is a strategic partner and supplier of the international famous car builders, such as Alstom, CRRC, CAF, Stadler and TALGO.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking service personnel with professional skills and excellent communication abilities to support our overseas projects in France, Spain, and Poland. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, debugging, fault diagnosis, product operation assurance, and customer training services for rail vehicle door systems.


Work Locations:

  •  France: La Rochelle (ALSTOM factory), one person
  •  Spain: Zioridia, Beasain, Irun (CAF factory), one person
  •  Poland: Siedlce (Stadler factory), one person

Job Requirements:

  1. Fluent oral and written communication skills in Chinese or English (in addition to native language), capable of conducting professional business communication and email correspondence.
  2. Strong customer service awareness.
  3. Proficient in using various office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  4. Good manual dexterity; skilled in using various conventional tools and gauges.
  5. Ability to work independently with good problem analysis and solving skills.
  6. Possess legal working status and residence permit.
  7. Relevant industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain daily communication with overseas clients (host factories), ensuring a good cooperative relationship between clients (host factories)and the company.
  2. Responsible for product installation debugging, troubleshooting repair implementation, and user training for overseas clients (host factories).
  3. Respond promptly to customer service demands; handle customer complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Based on after-sales service situations in Europe region,assist other project's after-sale service work irregularly.
