Main Responsibilities:


Data collection and some follow ups:

  • Collect our online-community related data and support the business reports.
  • Support to follow implementation of new client feedback systems, including live-chat and survey platforms.

eCommerce Operations:

  • Support the event launches on eCommerce channels.
  • Support in managing eCommerce related material, such as proof reading, arranging assets etc.
  • Assist in maintenance of our content pool
  • Assist in Community management

eCommerce Campaign management:

  • Support to prepare for online-campaigns such as visual materials
  • Do market survey on the good practice of other brands and summarize to share internally
  • Collect campaign data and support the campaign review



·       German (must-have, preferably in native proficiency), English, Chinese (would be nice, not a must)

·       Student of Business, Economics or a similar subject (minimum three semesters)

·       Good interpersonal and communication skills

·       Ability to learn to work and grow in a complex and multicultural environment

·       Good computer skills with basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint


Internship period: 3-6 Month

Internship start: 15.05.2020 or 01.06.2020
