The main business is power tool assembly, supply engineering management, product designing and testing. There are 1 plant and 2 business units (BU) under Hilti (Shanghai) Ltd. including Plant 88, ADS (Asia Development Supply) and ACDS (Asian Consumable Development & Supply Center). The plant is located in the Xinzhuang Industry Park. The plant covers an area of 14,500 square meters. Minimum Experience & Qualifications

岗位要求

·       University graduate or college graduate (mechanical engineering) with 1+  years hands-on experience in an workshop/maintenance department in an industrial environment

大学本科或专科毕业(机械工程相关)，在车间/ 维修部门有1年以上的实践经验

·       In depth hands-on experience on precise machining (milling, turning, …) & assembly

在精密加工(铣削，车削，等) 和装配方面有丰富的实践经验

·       Basic experience with CAD software, ideally NX.

基本的CAD软件使用经验，最好是NX、UG

·       Analytical and organization skills

有分析和组织能力

·       PC knowledge in all Microsoft Windows applications

熟悉使用微软Windows的办公应用程序

·       The candidate must be mature, initiative, independent and proactive

Responsibilities 

职位职责

·   Building up and maintaining a professional workshop for the supply & assembly of prototype tools for the TTMs in ADS. Including own area for the assembly, storage of prototype parts, and network with TWTC (plant engineering team) for re-work activities on machines from P88.

建立和维护亚洲研发供应链中心中新的供应和装配或原型工具的专业车间。包括自己的组装区域，原型部件的存储，以及与88厂工程团队的合作，以便对88厂的机器进行返工活动

·  Establishing and maintain external (PT suppliers) and internal (HEG & P4 workshop) supply network for prototype parts. Manage the needs for the various TTMs.
建立和维护外部(原型件供应商)和内部(德国研发中心和奥地利4厂车间)的原型零件供应网络。管理各种新项目的需求

·  Accountable for following tasks regarding prototype tools: 日常负责以下关于原型工具的工作:

-        Supply of all necessary prototype parts according drawings/BOM

根据图纸/物料清单提供所有必要的原型部件

-        Establish and maintain stock of common and frequently used parts (e.g. screws, …)

建立和维护常用和常用零件的库存(如螺丝，等)

-        Professional assembly of prototype tools and necessary safety checks (e.g. electrical safety)

专业组装原型工具和必要的安全检查(如电气安全)

-        Change-over of tools used (e.g. in tests or new components)

更换使用的工具(例如测试或新组件)

-        Establish proper documentation on all assemblies/change-overs (e.g. machine book)

建立所有装配/更换的适当文件(如机器手册)

-        Manage storage area for prototype tools of running TTMs

管理运行新项目的原型工具的存储区域

-        Manage close link to BU departments (e.g. development) and test located in ADS, but also in HEG/HAG, as well as to P88 departments (e.g. P88T for line design depending on PT assembly experience)

 管理与BU部门(如开发)和位于ADS的测试部门的紧密联系，以及与HEG/HAG的紧密联系，以与88厂部门的紧密联系(如根据原型机装配经验进行工厂产线的线设计)
