The products cover SBS, APP modified asphalt waterproof coil, PVC, TPO polymer waterproof coil, liquid waterproof coating, steam insulation materials, acoustic materials, thermal insulation materials, etc. In 2015, the first R&D and production base in Asia was established in Changzhou, which will continue to provide high-quality building maintenance system products for the Chinese market.

Job description

  • Optimize internal processes to improve customer experience to drive revenue and increase profit by best-in-class service.
  • Build structured business intelligence framework to improve control and transparency regarding results.
  • Drive projects related to building/improving revenue streams and process streamlining.
  • Contribute to various projects to develop new competences and future markets.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years working experience in the field of processes/analysis related to customer/sales management; at least 1.5 years work experience in China;
  • China work permit;
  • Chinese language study certificate;
  • Work organization: structured task, time and priority management ;
  • Leadership: winning personality, leading by example, maximising results;
  • Teamwork: motivational co-worker with interest to work with others;
  • Communication: outgoing communicator with clear messages, skilled facilitator of discussions and brainstorming in multicultural groups;
  • Analytical: connecting dots and develop solutions, number- and process minded.
