Excited by the rapid development and openness of the German automotive industry, Autohome has decided to enter the German market (with name YesAuto) in order to deliver products and services from our online platform to dealers, manufacturers and car buyers.

 The Role

You will work in YesAuto’s Content Team and support on information and content projects. You can take a solid step toward your career dream in the integration of Internet and Automotive culture with a team full of work enthusiasm. This is a full-time internship role that requires to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.



There will be two major parts of your daily work:


Content creation

·        Video introduction copywriting proofreading;

·        Market research and data analysis of the automotive industry;

·        German – English translation.


Customer Service Support

·        Collect customer feedbacks from different channels, find the right answer to the complaints, feedbacks and questions;

·        Put the customer voice into reports and forward it to the responsible departments;

·        Use the customer voice to help improve our products and services.



·        Native German speaker with fluent English;

·        You have a passion for Customer Service and are eager to take our customer experience to a new level;

·        Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience;

·        Digital media industry expertise, with an understanding of digital video and social platforms;

·        Deep passion for cars.
