我们的客户是一家生产制造塑料薄膜的全套生产设备（完整生产线）的欧洲领先制造商。为他们在中国的安装和调试团队，我们正在寻找4名现场调试工程师，2名现场电气，电机工程师及4名现场安装工程师，负责在客人工厂安装及调试塑料薄膜生产线。因为订单已经满到2025年，因此全年都需要出差（在客户现场工作，客人工厂全国都有，不限长三角），但可定期回家。除了工资外，并有优惠的出差费，住宿费。也因为全年出差，您并不一定得住在上海。

Commissioning Engineer / Ingenieur für Inbetriebnahme in China (塑料薄膜生产线)调试工程师

工资范围（由公司根据技能评定）：月薪 30000-38000元 x 13薪+ 出差费，住宿费

Responsibilities:

•       Complete commissioning and start-up of plants, conversions and service calls with product

•       Independent troubleshooting and analysis, investigating problems and diagnosing and repairing faults

•       Troubleshooting in cooperation with engineering and process departments at HQ in Europe. Execute and documentation of product trials and innovative technologies at customer’s site in coordination with the process and engineering department

•       Active coordination with site team for timely completion of project meeting quality standards and customer specifications

•       Collaboration and partial leadership of an international composed team

•       Training of customer personnel with protocol on plant operation, software, drive as well as mechanics and the electrical system

•       Supervising engineering and technical staff

•       You will be involved in customer dealing and communication will be taking up the responsibility of site documentation

•       Confident and sovereign appearance towards HQ and the customer

•       Regular reporting to the head of commissioning, creating an OPL (open point list) as well as start-up protocols

•       Taking over projects after the senior field engineer leaves

•       Supporting the engineer and design team to improve and develop the machine as well as market surveillance of uprising products and trends 

Requirements:

ž   Bachelor or college degree in engineering with 6 – 10 years’ experience in testing and commissioning at site

ž   Experience in design engineering of Polymer (PET/PP/PA/PE)

ž   Strong experience and understanding of (plastic) packaging like material conveying, dosing, extrusion, and casting, pinning and stretching as well as gauging systems

ž   Experience in surface treatment like solvent coating and Corona/Flame treatment would be appreciated

ž   Strong Technology background with substantial exposure to PET/PP/PA/PE technologies

ž   Having experience of working with Siemens ProfiBUS, ProfiNET as well as with programming and installation of Siemens S7, WinCC, TIA Portal, Simatics and Master Drive Systems 

ž   Knowledge of drawing tools like E-Plan, AutoCAD or equal tools

ž   Able to read and understand engineering drawings, process indication and electrical wiring diagrams

ž   Expert knowledge of electrical plant design (cable dimension, power estimation, voltage drop calculation, feeder calculation)

ž   Maintaining and executing international safety protocols and standards, included fail-safe systems

ž   Confident working in an internationally composed team with excellent communication and teamwork skills 

ž   Proficient in preparing written reports which include financial analysis

ž   Ability and desire to work independently

ž   Taking over responsibility and accountability and working under pressure

ž   Multi-tasking ability to manage simultaneous multiple projects

ž   Willing to work overtime and in shifts when determined by project needs

ž   Having excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information and issues in a friendly manner

ž   Excellent oral and written English communication skills – German will be of advantage

ž   Willingness to travel all over China (mostly Jiangsu, Fujian, Anhui, Zhejiang and Jiangxi Province) as well as worldwide

ž   Good computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio apps
