We are a fast growing team of young professionals. For our EMEA headquarter located in Düsseldorf, Germany. We arelooking for full time Your Tasks:
  1. Develop and execute a channel strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  2. Develop and maintain Channel Partner relationships by working at all levels of client’s organization
  3. Identify and recruit new channel partners that can effectively sell and support our products and services
  4. Develop and manage relationships with existing channel partners to ensure their continued success and loyalty
  5. Working with Channel Partners and Regional Sales Teams to develop, implement and execute channel development strategy and plan, to support business growth
  6. Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they have the knowledge and resources to effectively sell and support our products and services
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services to channel partners
  8. Develop and implement sales and marketing programs to drive sales growth through our channel network
  9. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activity to stay informed and make informed business decisions
  10. Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners
  11. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services and the needs of channel partners
  12. Provide regular updates to senior management on channel performance, feedback from partners, and market trend

Your Profile:
  1. B.S degree or above in Science or Business degree with strong logistics aptitude. Channel management experience will be a plus
  2. Around 3 years demonstrated sales experience with integrated automated systems
  3. Experience and extensive network in the manufacturing and automotive industry
  4. Good team player, spider in the web, with excellent communications & presentation skills
  5. Strong interviewing, influencing and persuasion skills including active listening and empathy
  6. Decisive, perseverance, goal oriented and excellent organizational skills
  7. Demonstrated ability to meet hard deadlines
  8. Fluent in English, Chinese; French, German or other language is a plus
  9. Performing channel management, business development, and sales activities
  10. Proficient in PC skills such as Microsoft, and other applications as required
  11. Homebase in the region
  12. Travelling is required to establish customer relationships
