In order to protect data security and to support customer’s international development, CMI Germany arrived in Frankfurt to provide high quality and integrated telecommunications solutions to global enterprises and operators.

Responsibility

      • Developing and executing market development plans consistent with division goals and objectives to drive revenue and customer volume growth.
      • Actively searching and building relationships with prospective customers via all communicative tools in assigned areas
      • Responsible for managing development strategies and analyzing market trends, competitor activities as well as customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
      • Collaborating with cross functional teams including product development, sales, marketing and customer service to ensure successful delivery of projects
      • Presenting performance analysis results to superiors to help with future product design and sales and marketing strategies
      • Building and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, industry influence, and partners

Requirements

      • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, marketing or equivalent field.
      • Minimum 3-year professional experience in direct sales and new customer business
      • Solid social connections and partnership relationships in medium-sized as well as large multinational companies in European countries
      • In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications industry and/or experience in selling cloud and data services etc.
      • Highly motivated team player with a strong customer focus and a results-driven approach.
      • Proficiency in both Mandarin and German language skills
      • Travel flexibility
