BMS Testing Engineer

• Develop BMS test plans and strategies to evaluate the product performance, product functionality, and reliability of BMS.
• Lead and execute BMS related testing, including functional validation, performance assessment, and reliability testing. Ensure that the testing process adheres to quality and industry standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers to oversee the design and manufacturing of test fixtures and equipment. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test fixtures to support smooth testing operations.
• Produce detailed test reports to document test results and analysis. Provide timely feedback on any issues encountered during testing and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with software and hardware development engineers to provide technical support and guidance, ensuring integration and compatibility between BMS software and hardware.

• Successfully completed studies or training in the field of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Physics, or a comparable discipline.
• 1~2 years’ experience in powertrain function testing, familiar with Validation&Verificaioon Test-Process including SiL, HiL, HW/SW integration, compatibility and reliability testing platforms establishment, data analysis, and development of test plans and strategies.
• Experience of requirement management, using tools e.g., DOORS, Integrity or similar.
• Proficiency in at least one test tool (e.g., CANoe, CANape, INCA, or similar).
• Familiarity with BMS related technical requirements standards and BMS constructure and model.
• Prior experience in BMS software and hardware development is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good oral & written English.
