BMS Software Development Engineer

• Develop BMS software requirement specifications and software function based on customer requirements.
• Review and evaluate the development of underlying algorithms or code provided by supplier.
• Perform BMS software calibration, communication protocol and error analysis and debugging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of BMS software with hardware components.
• Close cooperation and technical communication with key stakeholders: customer, supplier, and German colleagues.

• Successfully completed studies or training in the field of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Physics, or a comparable discipline.
• 1~3 years’ experience in powertrain domain ECU software development and function development is required.
• Experience of requirement management, using tools e.g., DOORS, Integrity or similar.
• Experience of software modelling e.g., in MATLAB/Simulink or similar, programming languages e.g., C, C++, Python or similar.
• Familiar with BMS systems and related industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good oral & written English.
