Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Implement and lead projects:

Participation of project relevant meeting: RAA, PTR, CFR, TechPro, etc.

Gether the project inputs from powertrain , forward and distribute to the team members

Start the project in the team. Prepare the tailoring and do the tailoring.
 

  • Responsible for project-success/-output within the defined time, quality and budget:

Leading the project for powertrain calibration according to the golden rules. Assuring the necessary steps of P9 and P10 process according to the Project Milestones and the project plan.

 

  • Representing C-EA21 according to calibration:

Provide fast problem solving decisions for entrepreneurial critical powertrain calibration related field. Especially for but not limited to issues with high cost risk, high authority attention or safety related topics.

Implement and establish early warning systems for problems around powertrain calibration related topics.

Support decision making regarding powertrain calibration in related committees.

 

Our Requirements:

 

  • Academic grade in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in engine development industry.
  • Deep knowledge of calibration, calibration process and engine control.
  • Profound knowledge of quality management, and product management.
  • Leadership experience in different projects.
  • Cooperative, analytical working, team spirit, intercultural competence.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking with strong initiative and self-reliance.
  • Profound MS-office skills.
  • Langage skills: English fluent or for negotiation
