BA Purchasing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
• Execute sourcing strategy for assigned commodities. 
• Analyze the market situation for marketing commodities and look for the best domestic or overseas supplier. 
• Ensure the purchasing of goods and service is received based on the purchasing request (PR) of business department. 
• Ensures the best price for goods and services through a transparent, compliant and competitive purchasing process in accordance with the required quality and time. 
• Solve independently tender processes and delivery claims. 

Job Requirements:
• Major in Economics, Languages, Management,Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skill, can work under pressure. 
• Very conscientious, responsible and responsive working attitude.
• Strong team work spirit and customer mindset.
• High integrity & Coordination skill and conflict solving skill.
• Excellent business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory. 
• Familiar with German is better.
