Automobile Field Application Engineer/汽车现场技术支持工程师

Responsibilities: 

1. Serve as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) for camera modules and systems in the European automotive industry.
2. Provide on-site technical support, including testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues at client sites.
3. Document and analyze client issues, identify solutions promptly, relay customer feedback to internal engineers, and propose product development suggestions to the R&D team.

Qualifications: 

1. General knowledge of automotive electronic systems and vehicle communication networks, with experience in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS), or autonomous driving technologies.
2. Proficiency in CAN/LIN bus systems and UDS diagnostic protocols.
3. Experience with CAN communication debugging tools, such as CANoe; familiarity with CAPL programming is an advantage.
4. Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as CAN equipment, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
5. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Communication, Automation, or a related field; foundational software knowledge is required.
6. Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and willingness to travel as needed.
