Main Responsibilities:


Provide Generalist HR services to offices in Germany and countries assigned to enable and improve company capacity and operations effectiveness with regard to the following HR services:

1.Recruitment and Staffing;

2.HR Administration and Compliance;

3.Compensation & Benefits;

4.Performance Management.


Job Functions & Required Skills / Knowledge:


1.Act as HR interface with the Hong Kong Headquarters and the region’s employees with regard to daily HR operations and issues such as recruiting, salary administration, HR filing and records, communicating and disseminating Group HR information, and employee relations

2.Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing

3.Serves as subject-matter expert to manage all aspects of HR functions to ensure the overall implementation and effectiveness of HR programs in alignment with Group standards and directions, include maintaining human resource records and company organization charts

4.Be a focal point to communicate with external vendors and government associations to maintain the smoothness and compliance of the company

5.Facilitate and implement HR policies & procedures in compliance with local requirements and company’s overseas business and HR strategy

6.Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations

7.As a key local player to work with Hong Kong headquarters on different corporate and HR projects

8.Responsible for work permit and visa application of employees

9.Organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office

10.Provide administrative support of any ad hoc duties in the office such as office renovation & relocation, staff activity and act as a backup receptionist when necessary


Job Requirements:


1.Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other relevant discipline

2.6+ years of relevant work experience with hands on generalist HR experience in Germany and countries around

3.Proficient in MS Office

4.Strong sense of responsibility with excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills

5.Excellent interpersonal skills and willing to meet people from all levels

6.Excellent command in spoken and written English and German

7.Written and spoken ability in Chinese is an advantage
