Tianma Europe GmbH in Düsseldorf, established July 1st, 2017, is the legal successor of TIANMA NLT Europe GmbH. The renaming has been done for all subsidiaries from Tianma Microelectroncis on a worldwide base in order to strengthen the brand and position as a global display solution supplier.

Tianma Microelectroncis has a subsidiary in Europe since 2004 already. Tianma Europe is 100% responsible for sales, marketing, quality and logistic support of Tianma’s LCDs in Europe. It provides a wide range of display solutions, including professional LCD TFTs, passive LCDs and capacitive touch displays. Combining world-class technology with Tianma’s state-of-the-art facilities, it offers high quality products to it’s customers in multiple markets including automotive, medical and industrial.

To reinforce our European Team based in Düsseldorf we are looking for a highly motivated

Assistant (f/m) Office Management

As a member of the operation team, you will report to the General Affairs Leader and assist with the day to day operations, helping to keep our team happy and office environment tidy and functional. You need to be super organized with a positive attitude. We are looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and is self-motivated.


  • General reception duties: phone, inbox and outbox handling, meeting and greeting visitors and organize room bookings
  • Management of office consumables, key infrastructure elements, coordination of cleaning service, courier, travel bookings, canteen supplies, etc.
  • Provide secretarial/administrative support across all areas and levels of the organization
  • Assist in fleet management and coordinate office facilities maintenance
  • Support Visa application procedures
  • Responsible for general document handling and special projects


  • Good command of the English and German language
  • Excellent communication skills and confident phone manner
  • Strong administration and organisation skills
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office, Excel. PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Committed to customer satisfaction and needs-driven orientation
  • Cultural awareness
  • Minimum 3 years of experiences as an administrative assistant
