Job Description:

  1. Design, manufacturing, and product development of aerospace battery cells.
  2. Research and application of new high-energy-density cathode and anode materials.
  3. Innovation and application of new technologies such as novel electrolytes, solid-state electrolytes, or gelled semi-solid electrolytes.
  4. Development of safety technology strategies related to materials, cell units, systems, and manufacturing processes.
  5. Development and application of new high-efficiency cell assembly technologies and lightweight mechanical components.
  6. Processes and manufacturing related to electroplating and other techniques.


Job Requirements:

  1. PhD degree.
  2. Background in Materials Science, Physical Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields (preferably with experience in lithium battery research; materials, electrochemistry, chemistry, physics, engineering, numerical analysis, applied mathematics, reliability engineering, etc.).
  3. CET-6 in English.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Experience in lithium batteries, particularly in high-energy-density materials or safety-oriented roles.
  2. Significant research achievements, including first-author scientific papers and patents, and awards related to technological innovation.
  3. Proficiency in scientific engineering methods and their practical application.
  4. Talent in interdisciplinary fields combining electrochemistry with other sciences (mathematics, computer science, etc.).
  5. Familiarity with characterization, analysis, and testing methods for lithium-ion batteries and related materials.

Preferred traits:

  1. Meticulous logic and systematic thinking, with the ability to consider issues from a global perspective and strong team collaboration skills.
  2. Rapid learning ability.
  3. Interest in aerospace battery cells and a commitment to pursuing this field.
