Now, Ricoma is looking for its new Office in Europe (Germany) an administrative specialist.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for office administrative duties such as phone, post, HR support, expenses.
  • Cooperating with the US Headquarters and the Chinese companies to prepare the necessary documents for the establishment of the European company, as well as assisting the whole procedure.
  • Communicating with the local institutions (bank, notary offices, tax accountants etc.)
  • Following orders and shipping status, when necessary.
  • Drafting or translation of documents

Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above;
  • Language skills: German fluent, Chinese fluent, English skill will be a plus;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Experience in administration or office management preferred;
  • Ability to work responsibly, willingness to learn, Strong Interpersonal and communication skills, capacity for teamwork.
