楼宇自动化系统应用工程师

职位描述Job Descriptions
1、负责楼宇项目现场管理及项目技术支持；
1. Responsible for on-site management and technical support of building projects;
2、负责楼宇自控系统编程和调试；
2. Responsible for building automatic control system programming and debugging;
3、负责楼宇项目中竣工验收资料整理、项目档案建档、现场操作培训；
3. Responsible for completion and acceptance data collation, project file establishment and on-site operation training of building projects; 
4、负责集成商或代理商技术培训及指导；
4. Responsible for technical training and guidance for integrators or agents;

职位要求Job Requirements
1.电气工程及自动化、自动化、机电一体化、通信、电子、计算机、暖通空调等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
1. Bachelor degree or above in Electrical engineering and automation, automation, mechatronics, communication, electronics, computer, HVAC or related major; 2.具有自控现场调试及理论基础，熟悉楼宇自控系统的基本构成和特点，有较强的现场沟通协调、故障分析及排除能力，有3年以上项目现场调试工作经验；
2. Have the basis of automatic control field debugging and theory, familiar with the basic composition and characteristics of building automatic control system, have strong field communication and coordination, fault analysis and troubleshooting ability, more than 3 years of project field debugging experience;
3.至少掌握一种主流楼宇自控系统，如西门子、霍尼韦尔、江森等PLC和DDC编程和上位机组态优先；
3. Master at least one mainstream building automation system, such as Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson PLC and DDC programming and host configuration is preferred;
4.具有商业建筑、供热站、数据中心、洁净室等项目调试经验优先；
4. Experience in commissioning commercial buildings, heat supply stations, data centers, clean rooms and other projects is preferred;
5.适应出差进行项目实施；
5. Adapt to travel for project implementation;
