
Global Senior Internal Audit Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Guide/coordinate/track annual C-SOX self-assessment at European companies base on requirements of C-SOX guideline published by Joyson.
- Conduct risk assessment and annual planning in line with Joyson’s strategy and objectives.
Follow up with the corrective and improvement actions of identified issues. - Summarize C-SOX and audit statuses, findings and report to Internal Audit Director.
- Develop close relationship and establish communication with external auditors. Timely obtain audit findings from external auditors and drive on correction actions. Coordinate communication between BUs and external auditors.
- Assist Joyson Internal Audit Department in compliance program implementation at European subsidiaries and perform investigation on potential fraud activities.
- Bachelor degree or above with finance, legal, and management background.
- At least 8 years of proved working experience in auditing with accounting firm or multinational company.
- COSO, CIA, CISA, CPA certifications are preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese\ English \ German.
