It is responsible for sales of Sanyou products in the European market covering sales and market expansion, customer service, and technical support. As Vertriebsingenieur / Account Manager you will be responsible for customer acquisition and support for direct accounts and business partners from the home appliances, industrial, automotive, and new energy sectors. You will be focusing both on commercial and technical consulting to increase sales, profit, and customer satisfaction. You will have strong contact with the customers and business partners, capturing their requests, requirements, and expectations, introducing Sanyou products to them and ensure the smooth and effective handling of sales projects. Your duties will be:
  • Manage and provide support to existing group of customers and business partners by all the commercial and technical consulting in a teamwork with Sales, R&D, Technical Engineer etc.
  • Negotiate annual demand volumes and framework agreements with the customers
  • Acquire new strategic customers and develop new business partners in Europe
  • Project management and provide support to business partners by key projects throughout the whole project cycle
  • Support and coordinate the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Be responsible for preparing short- and long-term sales plans as well as for the preparation of statistics
  • Provide timely product update, training, and marketing materials to customers and business partners
  • Provide regular market insights and trend updates

  • You will typically have a university degree as a mechanical, industrial, automotive, or electrical engineer or an equivalent education
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in a similarly complex technical environment, in the field of Electronic Manufacturing Services, or in the automotive industry is an advantage
  • Comfortable working both independently and in international teams with a high dedication and self-initiative you will demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills as well as a good network capability
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English, further foreign language skills like Chinese would be an advantage
  • High willingness to travel (Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, UK, France etc, up to 30%)
