Your profile:

• A degree (or near completion) in  Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
• Relevant internships
• Fluent Chinese and English
• Ideally, intercultural experience, for example through a stay abroad
• Mobility, commitment, a proactive approach, creativity and an authentic appearance
• Communication skills and a positive outlook on team work
