Support Engineer (indoor service)

Support Engineer (indoor service)

Job summary:

·        Handling of technical Support-questions of Asian customers

·        Communication with our regional partners and suppliers for technical solutions

·        Cut surface to our different departments like product management, software, production, development and quality management to support a close collaboration

·        Support for our engineers in Asia

·        Preparation of technical information for quotations

·        Organization of missing parts at final acceptance of a machine

·        Write and editing of service claim

Your personal profile:

·        Successfully completed technical apprenticeship in sector mechatronics, software or electronics

·        Professional experience in machinery and plant engineering, preferable in flied service

·        Theoretical and practical Know-how about tool grinding machines in the sector mechanics, electronics and regulation

·        Good level of written and spoken Chinese

·        Good level of written and spoken English

·        Independent work, strong target orientation and ability to work under pressure

·        High service and customer orientation as well as distinct communication skills

·        Global willingness to travel and driving license
