Objective of job

• Responsible for conducting cross-functional supplier audits

• Coordinate evaluation team of functional experts with multinational background

• Prepare, plan, and conduct evaluations, document results/conclusion

• Support preparation of sourcing decisions and lead the supplier development

Qualification required

• Education

 - Master above degree in quality management, project management or comparable


Professional experience:

 - Minimum 3 years experiences in manufacturing quality in the automotive industry

 - Extensive experience in cross-functional projects involving multinational members

 - Minimum 1 year leadership experience on project management

 - Understanding and practical experience with supplier quality tools (e.g. APQP, FMEA, TS16949 etc.)

 - Knowledge of automotive production technologies (iron/alu casting, forging, injection molding etc.)

 - Chinese and English fluently (written and spoken)

 - MS Office skills essential

 - No travel restrictions


Task description

• Preparing and organizing of on-site supplier evaluations  

• Leading cross-functional team and be responsible for result, quality of supplier evaluation process on-site and supplier development , also take care of the quality of the mass production commodities

• Close cooperation with Procurement department along RfQ process

• Supporting decision-making process with sourcing risk assessment

• Provide supplier evaluation introduction and training to functional experts

• Follow-up activities with suppliers
