Job Description:

  1. Research and development of overall solutions for new energy and energy storage systems, including key technology development and simulation verification.
  2. Study and design of scheduling strategies and control system solutions for new power systems (integrated source-network-load-storage).
  3. Research on control and protection strategies for networked energy storage systems, including algorithm design, parameter tuning, stability analysis, and simulation verification.


Job Requirements:

  1. PhD degree.
  2. Background in power systems and automation, power electronics, electrical machines and appliances, control theory and engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields.
  3. CET-6 level English proficiency.
  4. Solid knowledge in power electronics technology, familiar with power conversion and power control technologies.
  5. Experience with projects related to flexible DC-DC transmission, energy storage, wind power, photovoltaics, virtual synchronous machines, etc., and familiarity with commonly used control and protection algorithms.
  6. Proficient in simulation software and systems such as MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD, RTDS.
  7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, interpersonal sensitivity, logical thinking, and team spirit.
