Your Tasks:

  • Identify new business opportunities from OEMs (OEM Relationship Management, Market Intelligence, TMM Organization, etc.)
  • Promote new technologies; lead and manage OEM RFIs/RFQs.
  • Obtain project information from buyers, engineers and system integrators.
  • Contribute to internal PM/HQ sales communication and preparation of bids and RFQs.
  • Provide direction and obtain management approvals for new contracts.
  • Award project management, coordination of change requests - Manage pricing/license fees and development costs.
  • Lead negotiations (ED&D, change of condition, change of quantity, legal framework, invoicing, etc.)

Your Profile:

  • You have a degree in business management and/or engineering.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in sales in the automotive industry, experience with larger European OEMs desirable.
  • Understanding of processes in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Experience with RFIs, RFQs and CR management.
  • Experience with marketing of products and services including legal handling (e.g. liability, warranty, intellectual property).
  • Good technical understanding, especially in the field of electronics.
  • Good communication skills, negotiation skills and problem-solving strategies.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Chinese is a PLUS!
