To expand the team and enable JEE SYSTEMSGmbH to thrive in the Germany and European market, the company is looking for a Project Manager inPowertrain.The successful candidate will be responsible for the Project Management of systems integration projects withOEMs or Tier 1s. This role will ensure the coordination and integration of activities and deliverables across multifunctionaldepartments, to ensure us meet the clients’ key objectives of cost, time and quality.
  • To play a lead role in project planning, including maintaining the master timing plan, ensuring that a comprehensive plan is in place for each part of the project. To ensure quality and timely delivery as per the master timing plan.
  • To assemble, organise and direct the resources necessary for the successful completion of work, ensuring that appropriate teams are in place, with the right resources needed to meet objectives.
  • To provide coaching, motivation and support to the project staff, and presence at client / partner meetings where appropriate.
  • To ensure that lines of communication are established and maintained to ensure the effective exchange of information and day to day liaison between the client, partners, subcontractors and suppliers, and anyone else involved in the project.
  • To carry out regular site inspections and detailed project reviews, ensuring that all activities and deliverables are on track, and where necessary agreeing remedial actions.
  • To maintain and manage the development of project plans, ensuring project teams are aligned to the programme plan.
  • To ensure project costs under the project budget.
  • To work closely with customer in coordinating all project work, and gain early visibility of new potential work.
  • To manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • To work with the wider  business in continuous improvement of project management processes/methodologies
