With our subsidiaries in Germany and the Czech Republic, we offer TURN-KEY projects for e-mobility by developing and building efficient and intelligent assembly lines for the automotive and supplier industries. Our main products are battery assembly lines. Our customers are, for example, Volkswagen, General Motors, BMW, Daimler, and ZF Friedrichshafen. Your tasks
  • Taking responsibility for projects and ensuring technical and economic success
  • Control and monitoring of project activities to achieve quality, cost and deadline targets
  • Development and securing of internal and external project reporting
  • Checking and adapting the construction and project plans concerning applicable rules, regulations, and standards
  • Management of all project participants from SK Germany and organisation of the cooperation with the colleagues sent from SK Shanghai
  • Preparation and negotiation of offers as part of the supplement management
  • Interface function and close cooperation with the customer on site
Your qualification
  • Completed engineering studies (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, industrial engineering or a comparable subject)
  • Several years of experience in the implementation of automation projects in the automotive industry or supplier industry, ideally battery assembly lines
  • Confident application of business project management methods, even for complex projects
  • Solid knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics and programming
  • Knowledge of current regulations, rules and standards
  • Chinese, German and English language skills, at least level C1.
  • Several years of experience in working with Chinese customer companies.
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented thinking and acting
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills in intercultural teams
  • Interested in building a team in a Chinese startup
  • Willingness to travel for assignments at home and abroad (Europe)
