我们的德国客人是德国知名的公司。上海这工厂有50名员工，生产并销售工业用的触控屏的模组（不是触控屏。触控屏是外购的，是组装成模组后连同软件卖给客人，客人装在机器设备上，用来操作机器设备）。为了推广在中国当地的销售，寻找一位德文流利，有丰富B2B销售经验，并有管理公司，工厂经验（P&L responsibility) 的总经理。

Your tasks:

>      Managing and developing existing and acquisition of new customers

>      Development of on-site strategies for sales, production and supply chain

>      Meeting the sales targets of the company

>      Evaluating important customer/marketing data and translating these into action plans

>      Definition of new processes and operational measures inline with our global company strategy and local growth targets

>      Full responsibility for costs, budgets and compliance with legal provisions

>      Implementing structures and functions to ensure successful business

>      Responsibility for personnel planning and -organization to guarantee smooth management processes

>      Leading, motivating and developing 50 employees on-site

 

Yourprofile:

>             Graduated in engineering or similar with a strong commercial background

>             Proven track record of managing a production site

>             Experienced in process improvement and quality management systems

>             Profit and P&L accountability

>             Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, very good German (B2 or better) mandatory

>             Good IT-skills, ideally also experienced in ERP-Systems

>             Proactive, independent and creative can-do mindset

>             Structured and analytical work routine
