Logistics&E-Commerce
Job Description:
- Planning of warehouse routine, optimization of storage layout, implementation of warehouse management process
- Incoming goods inspection, warehousing and outgoing delivery handling
- Communication with forwarding suppliers and ensuring customer satisfaction while taking profitability into account
- Operation of our marketplaces & online shops (article upload, safety inventory control and optimization, order monitoring)
- Handling of order packaging, retour and after sales issue, support with marketing activities
- Analyses of sales data, summarizing improvement proposal and inventory adjustment
Requirements:
- BWL, logistics, automotive, completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Basic know-how on WMS and logistics, Experience in the e-commerce sector (marketplace support) desirable
- Family with eBay-shop operation, especially data base processing
- Enjoyment of teamwork and hands-on mentality
- Confident in communication in German or English
