Objectives of the Position

In the project, you can work in an advanced and dynamic team which is close to our customers and products; You would communicate and work with colleagues from global market; You may also change the mindset and working methodology of our global partners.

The key objectives of the job are:

•To understand and make full analysis of team competence in order to identify team process, methodology, standard, reporting which can be merged with global partner

•To build up the communication platform with our counterparts from global market

•To promote China process, methodology and systems to our counterparts in the global market

•To cooperate with headquarter to unify the methodology, KPI and reportings as global standard

•To import global experience and practice for further improving QFS China competence and business

•To work with global QFS closly for projects implementation and regular market information sharing

•To build up China center of competence to handle tasks from global market


Qualification required 

•Majored in Engineering, Nature science, Statistics, Mathmatics or Managment area

•Proficient in Written and spoken English, Geman is preferable

•1-3 years’ experience in consulting, preferable management consulting 

•Good experience and understanding in defining KPI, system development and process definition

• High analytical skills, reporting, communication and intercultural skills,

•Very good communication skills, preferable working experience in a multi-culture company

•Responsibility, discipline, target oriented, willingness to success


Job designation

• Make full analysis of the team working process, methodology, reporting to identify the points to merge with global market

• Regular interact with local counterparts to align the market and issue information

• Regular exchange with global partners regarding market and topic information

• Work together with global partners on projects and unify the methodology, KPI and reportings

• Promote China methodology, system, process to global organization

• Define and build up the QFS China center of competence
