CEO Assistant (Full-time/Part-time/Internship)

CEO Assistant (Full-time/Part-time/Internship)

Job responsibilities:

1. Manage GM’s daily schedule arrangements and provide administrative support
2. Perform document drafting, sorting and translation, and assist GM on various analysis and presentation preparation
3. Organize the reception of visitors and accompany GM on business visits
4. Complete other tasks assigned by GM

Job requirements:

1. Master degree or above
2. Engineering or business background
3. Fluency in Chinese and English, and German
4. Strong communication and presentation skills
5. Proficiency in  MS Office applications
6. Work 20 hours a week and can adjust the working hours according to personal situation
